Betsy Hoyt Chapter NSDAR was officially organized and officers installed at a meeting held in the dining room of the First Presbyterian Church in Clinton, Wisconsin, Saturday afternoon, August 17, 1963, following a noon luncheon, with thirteen organizing members.
